Shipping & Delivery Policy

MakeQRCode.ai provides digital services (QR code generation, dynamic links, analytics). We do not ship any physical goods. This page explains how access is delivered after payment and how we handle invoices, timelines, and related matters.

1) Nature of goods

  • We sell digital subscriptions and features: Pro and Business plans, dynamic QR short links, analytics, and team features.
  • No physical product is shipped. All access is delivered digitally via your account.

2) Service activation & delivery

  • After a successful payment is confirmed by our payment processor (e.g., Razorpay), your plan is upgraded automatically.
  • Activation appears in your account as the selected plan (Pro or Business) with the relevant limits and features.
  • If activation does not appear within a few minutes, support@makeqrcode.ai with your payment reference.

3) Delivery timelines

  • Instant in most cases (within seconds to a few minutes) after payment success.
  • Occasionally, delays can occur due to bank/processor confirmations or network issues. If you see a delay beyond 15 minutes, contact support.

4) Invoices & receipts

  • Upon successful payment, a receipt/confirmation is generated. You may receive an email and/or view it in your account (when available) or request one from support.
  • Store your payment reference (Razorpay Order ID / Payment ID) for future support or GST/records if applicable.

5) Emails & access issues

  • Check spam/junk if you do not see payment or activation emails.
  • Ensure you signed in with the same email used during payment (if applicable) so the correct account is upgraded.
  • If you still face issues, email support@makeqrcode.ai with your payment details.

6) Renewals & changes

  • Subscriptions renew according to the plan period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled prior to renewal.
  • You can upgrade/downgrade plans from the Subscription page. Plan changes may affect features and limits.

7) Refunds (summary)

As a reminder from our Terms, refunds are available within 3 days of purchase if the service is unsatisfactory and there’s no significant usage. To request a refund, email support@makeqrcode.ai with your payment reference and reason.

8) Taxes & currency

  • Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your billing location and regulations.
  • Your bank or processor may charge currency conversion or cross-border fees where applicable.
